301. Q. I cannot seem to locate my User ID name or password. A. Your User Id (also known as Serial Number) and password were emailed to you in your order confirmation when you registered. They were sent to the email address you entered when you registered. If you cannot find this email, please enter your email address in the space below and we will email you this information. Please make sure your email box is not full or this will kick the email back to us as undeliverable. Click here if you forgot your password. 302. Q. I cannot download the course. Please help. A. Once you have registered and paid for the course, we are unable to provide a refund since we cannot monitor how much of the course anyone has viewed once registered. Your enrollment fee is not just to obtain a certificate but for the training received in the course. Please be aware that this is clearly stated on our registration page prior to registering.

304. Q. I keep getting an error message when trying to download the course lessons.  A. Please contact technical Support. Click here to contact 4tdds with your concern. Please tell them you are a student of The Defensive Driving School.com. 305. Q. I registered for your online defensive driving course a while back but never completed it. Can I still complete it or do I have to register again? A. Your serial number is valid for three months from the date of your registration. 306. Q. I paid for the course now what do I do? How do I take the course? A. Please follow the steps below once you have a serial number. Your serial number can be found on the conformation that was emailed to you following your registration. In order to access the course, follow these directions: Go to www.4TDDS.com  Click on the Returning Student Page.  Enter your serial number in the space provided.  Enter drivesafe where it asks for the password.  Click on the Click Here button.  On the next page, under the Begin Learning header, click the My Course button.  The next window will bring you to a course in progress window, click on Defensive Driving.  This will bring you to your personal progress page were you may continue with the course.
